The master of forgetfulness

I have told the world of my forgetfulness before. I don´t have the number of all the times I forgot my mobilephone, wallet or keys. And what about the time I almost became a thief.

But forget all this. I don´t even reach up to the sandals of this guy. Fred Ruben is his name. And I have the permission to publish these two stories worthy of a place in the book of legends:)

Once he and some friends were on a mountain, skiing, and they were about to have a break. Freddy was given the task of finding a perfect spot in the warming room/café. The rest of the group were going down to the cars to pick up their food. He found that perfect spot with a beautiful view over the valley. He reserved the seats by putting down scarfs and mittens which he was given by the rest. Then he was captivated by the view. He saw far away. Down to the bottom of the valley, the hills on the other side. The sun. The clouds. Magnificent view.

So when he turned around again to sit down and wait for the rest. He saw the scarfs and mittens on the seats and thought: "Oh shoot- someone has already taken these seats." so he had to find another table further away from the windows. It was a Ok spot, but nothing more. Not like the first one.

And the whole group enjoyed their lunch. Only afterwards when everyone asked Freddy where their scarfs and mittens were, and only then, Freddy realised what he had done. Needless to say everyone was rofl for a long time.

I think I wait a little to tell the other story.
